The mission of Science and Nonduality (SAND) is to forge a new paradigm in spirituality, one that is not dictated by religious dogma, but that is rather based on timeless wisdom traditions of the world, informed by cutting-edge science, and grounded in direct experience.

Nonduality is the philosophical, spiritual, and scientific understanding of non-separation and fundamental oneness. Nonduality is the understanding that identification with common dualisms avoids recognition of a deeper reality.

Challanges of practicing nonduality?

The central challenge to understanding nonduality may be that it exists beyond language, because once it has been named, by definition — and paradoxically — a duality has been created.
